May the Force be with You (in Matrimony)

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of hosting a Star Wars-themed wedding for a wonderful couple, Tara and Marc. This was a small, intimate gathering of about 30 of their closest friends and family members.

Our in-house design team created beautiful floral arrangements, tastefully decorated with balloons, and created a custom cocktail menu! (Pictures below).

What's a typical itinerary for a small wedding party? Guests arrived at 5 o'clock and were greeted with a full and luscious charcuterie board and offered cocktails. The brief yet romantic ceremony began at 5:30, with the bride's best friend as the Justice of the Peace for this intergalactic couple. Finally, the dinner buffet was ready for guests at 6:15 and consisted of a fresh green salad, seasonal stuffed chicken with traditional stuffing, roast beef, and herb & sea salt-crusted baked haddock, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
